I'm with stupid

Is anyone else offended by this never-ending series, directed at all of the supposed idiots in the world? I refuse to read them. I don't like being insulted. What customer does?

With this installment they're saying - not only are you going through a really painful experience in your life, but you're stupid, too!

I've been thinking a lot about the customer's experience lately (and reading about it, too. To mention: Good Experience, and of course, Seth Godin). I'm baffled as to how these books are so successful. Any thoughts?
